Please Note:  Due to COVID, this year the Ambassador program will look a little different and teams will not have Ambassadors/Hostesses matched with them as in past CRCs.

*New for CRC 2022*

To welcome teams to Calgary and help make your time and experience during CRC easier, we will be offering a White Hat Service to show our Calgary hospitality.

What is White Hat Service:

Teams will have the opportunity to be matched with a volunteer parent from a local Calgary and area ringette team.  This White Hat Service volunteer will be your personal point of contact who will be available to assist your team before arriving in Calgary and during the week as needed. They may be a resource for providing basic kitchen equipment (crockpots, instapots, knives, large bowls etc) for food preparation during the week.  They may also be a resource for “local insider” information for things like skate sharpening services, restaurants, and/or tourism activities (above what will be provided to teams either at the rinks or online).

A “point person” from your team will be able to contact your White Hat Service volunteer by email, text or phone.

How to Participate in White Hat Service:

Please contact us if your team would like to participate in the White Hat Service experience.

Email  provide name, team, contact information of your team’s “point person” and if you require a bilingual volunteer.  Once we have matched a volunteer with your team we will facilitate connection with your White Hat Service volunteer.

We look forward to welcoming you to Calgary!
